OFFICIAL RULES FOR THE THIRTY SECONDS OUT "ULTIMATE MYSTERY BOX" SWEEPSTAKES

NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE OR PAYMENT WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. OPEN ONLY TO LEGAL RESIDENTS OF THE 50 U.S. STATES PLUS THE DISTRICT OF COLUMBIA (“D.C.”) (BUT EXCLUDING RESIDENTS OF FLORIDA, NEW YORK, AND RHODE ISLAND) WHO ARE 18 YEARS OF AGE OR OLDER AT THE TIME OF ENTRY. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED.

The following promotion shall be construed and evaluated according to the laws of the United States. Do not proceed in this promotion if you are not a legal resident of one of the 50 U.S. states or D.C. (excluding Florida, New York, and Rhode Island). Further eligibility restrictions are contained in these official rules (“Official Rules”). These Official Rules are a binding contract, so read them carefully before participating. By participating, each entrant agrees to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of Sponsor, which shall be final in all respects.

1. DESCRIPTION:

The THIRTY SECONDS OUT “ULTIMATE MYSTERY BOX” SWEEPSTAKES (“Promotion”) begins on August 3, 2026, at 9:00am MT and ends on August 31, 2026, at 11:59pm MT (“Promotion Period”). Sponsor’s time-keeping device is the official clock of the Promotion. The Promotion is sponsored, administered, and fulfilled by Thirty Seconds Out, LLC (“Sponsor” or “TSO”). 2. ELIGIBILITY:

The Promotion is open to all individuals who are legal residents of one of the 50 U.S. states and D.C. (except residents of Florida, New York, and Rhode Island), who are at least 18 years of age at the time of entry. Employees, directors, and officers of Sponsor and of Sponsor’s parents, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotional agencies, and any other individuals engaged in any way in the development, production, printing, distribution or execution of this Promotion, and their immediate family and/or household members are not eligible to enter or win. For purposes of the Promotion, immediate family and/or household members shall mean those people who share the same residence at least three months a year, whether or not related, and parents, step-parents, legal guardians, children, step-children, siblings, step-siblings, or spouses. Void where prohibited or restricted by law.

3. HOW TO ENTER:

During the Promotion Period, eligible individuals may enter the Promotion through either of the following methods:

  • Method 1: Purchase Entry. For every $5.00 USD spent on qualifying purchases (excluding taxes, shipping, handling, and discounts) at thirtysecondsout.com during the Promotion Period, the purchaser will automatically receive one (1) entry into the Promotion. Entry count is calculated based on total purchase amount divided by $5.00 (rounded down to the nearest whole dollar increment).

  • Method 2: Free Alternative Method of Entry (AMOE). To enter without making a purchase, eligible individuals may complete the free online sweepstakes entry form at thirtysecondsout.com/pages/sweepstakes-entry by providing their full name, valid email address, phone number, and mailing address. Each completed submission counts as one (1) entry.

Maximum Number of Entries: Limit of one hundred (100) entries per person and per household across all entry methods during the Promotion Period. Any duplicate or excess entries will be void. Entries generated by script, macro, robotic, or other automated means are void. All entries become the property of Sponsor and will not be returned.

4. PRIZE:

One (1) winner (“Winner”) will receive the following prize bundle (“Prize”):

  • THE ULTIMATE MYSTERY BOX BUNDLE, consisting of a curated selection of Thirty Seconds Out gear including:

    • Premium Hats

    • Shirts

    • Patches

    • Flags

    • Stickers

Total Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of the Prize is $1,000.

All Prize details are at the sole discretion of Sponsor. All other costs and expenses associated with the acceptance and use of the Prize not explicitly stated above, including federal, state, and local taxes, are the sole responsibility of the Winner. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute the Prize with a prize of equal or greater retail value.

ALL TAXES ON THE PRIZE ARE THE SOLE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE WINNER. IF THE ARV OF THE PRIZE IS $600.00 OR GREATER, WINNER WILL RECEIVE AN IRS FORM 1099 REFLECTING THE FAIR MARKET VALUE OF THE PRIZE IN THE NAME OF THE WINNER FOR THE CALENDAR YEAR IN WHICH THE PRIZE WAS WON.

5. ODDS OF WINNING:

Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries Sponsor receives during the Promotion Period.

6. WINNER SELECTION AND NOTIFICATION:

A potential winner will be selected via a random drawing conducted by the Sponsor on or around two (2) business days following the end of the Promotion Period from all eligible entries received across both entry methods. The potential winner will be notified by telephone and/or email using the contact information associated with their order or AMOE form submission within approximately five (5) business days of the drawing date.

The potential winner will be required to verify their address and return to Sponsor within five (5) business days an affidavit of eligibility, tax forms (if applicable), liability release, and publicity release (where legal). Failure to return documents within the specified timeframe will result in forfeiture and selection of an alternate potential winner.

7. GRANT/TRANSFER OF RIGHTS; PUBLICITY:

By participating, entrants grant Sponsor the non-exclusive, perpetual, worldwide right to use their name, city/state, voice, image, and entry information for advertising, editorial, commercial, and promotional purposes across any media without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.

8. CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATION:

Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Promotion if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond Sponsor's control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the sweepstakes. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, or corrupted entries or network errors.

CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT TO DELIBERATELY UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE PROMOTION MAY BE IN VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND WILL RESULT IN DISQUALIFICATION. SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK REMEDIES AND DAMAGES TO THE FULLEST EXTENT OF THE LAW.

9. RELEASE AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY:

By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor, its affiliates, advertising agencies, and social media platforms (including Meta, Instagram, X) from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising out of participation in the sweepstakes or receipt/use of any prize.

10. DISPUTE RESOLUTION; VENUE; JURISDICTION:

All disputes shall be resolved individually without resort to class action and shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of Sponsor’s principal place of business.

11. FORCE MAJEURE:

Sponsor shall not be liable for failure to supply a Prize due to acts of God, governmental actions, natural disasters, transportation disruptions, or other causes beyond Sponsor’s control.

12. DATA COLLECTION AND PRIVACY:

Personal information collected during entry is subject to Sponsor’s privacy policy at thirtysecondsout.com/privacy-policy.

13. OFFICIAL RULES GOVERN:

In the event of any discrepancy between these Official Rules and promotional materials, these Official Rules shall prevail, govern, and control.

14. SEVERABILITY:

If any provision of these Official Rules is held to be invalid or unenforceable, all remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

15. PRIZE WINNER LIST:
