30 Sec Out Team

Meet the Crew

30 Seconds Out is built by a small crew that lives the Veteran / Adventure mindset daily. These are the people shaping the products, the stories, and the direction of the brand.

Sean (E-Van)
Founder

After retiring from 20 years in the military, Sean left Virginia Beach and headed straight to the Rocky Mountains to start a new life in 2013. He taught himself to ski, worked as a pro patroller, and launched Thirty Seconds Out in 2014. His early designs now ride with firefighters, first responders, special operations units, climbers, and everyday people around the world.

Sean’s values—authenticity, integrity, fearlessness, bettering yourself—are baked into everything the brand stands for. He's constantly learning and spends his time skiing, climbing, trail running, and working toward mountain guide certification.

Evan Hafer
Owner

Evan keeps the brand grounded in the Veteran / Adventure ethos and sets the direction for what belongs in the line. If it doesn't fit the mission, Evan is the one who calls it out.
