I love the sticker and message. I let the team know i was missing a sticker on one of my last orders, which was probably only because it was during their move to a new location and thats understandable. They went beyond making it right and responded quickly. Other companies sometimes give you a hard time about these things but Thirty seconds out really provided a service that is the definition of Customer Service.
